You and the operator expressly agree to arbitrate solely on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or any other representative or collective proceeding.
The operator may, at any time and without prior notice, suspend, disable, or terminate your account and your right to access or use the service, for any reason or for no reason at all. The service is provided strictly on an as-is, where-is, and as-available basis, and the operator expressly disclaims any and all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and non-infringement.
